(1)First of all Go to start menu of your computer window which is left below in your screen

(2)Now go to run and type gpedit.msc and press enter

(3)Now expand expand administrative template.

(4)Then click Network

(5)Click QOS Packet scheduler.

(6)Now a new list will appear.Here click on limit reserve bandwidth and disable it.And click on apply

Now you have done.Now restart your computer i hope your computer have fast speed
